How to Place a Preorder

Thank you for your interest in preordering with us! Follow the steps below to reserve your item before its official release. The process is largely the same whether you're preordering a product, a book, or an event ticket — with a few notes for each type highlighted below.

General Preorder Steps

1. Find the item Browse our online store and locate the product, book, or event page you want to preorder. Preorderable items are marked with a "Preorder" badge instead of "Add to Cart."

2. Check the details Before ordering, review:

   • Expected release / event date
   • Estimated shipping or access date (may differ from release date)
   • Price (note if it's subject to change before release)
   • Any limited-quantity or early-bird notices

3. Select options Choose any relevant options, such as:

   • Format (physical, digital, signed edition, etc.) — for books
   • Size, color, or bundle — for products
   • Ticket type or seating — for events

4. Add to cart Click "Preorder Now" to add the item to your cart. You can continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout.

5. Enter shipping/contact information

   • For physical products and books: enter your shipping address.
   • For digital products or event tickets: confirm the email address where you'll receive access details or your ticket/confirmation.

6. Choose payment method Select how you'd like to pay. Note whether your card will be:

   • Charged immediately upon placing the preorder, or
   • Authorized now and charged closer to the release/shipping date (This will be indicated at checkout — check the product page if unsure.)

7. Review and confirm Double-check your order summary, including quantity, options, and estimated date, then click "Place Preorder."

8. Receive confirmation You'll get an email confirming your preorder, including:

   • Order number
   • Expected release/ship/event date
   • What to expect next (shipping notification, digital access link, or e-ticket)

Notes by Item Type

Physical Products

• Preorders ship as soon as stock arrives; you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
• If ordering multiple items with different release dates, they may ship separately.

Books

• Preordered books typically ship to arrive on or near the official release date.
• Signed or special editions may have limited quantities and separate cutoff dates.

Events

• Preordering a ticket reserves your spot but does not guarantee seat assignment (if applicable) until finalized.
• E-tickets or registration confirmations are usually sent closer to the event date.

Can I Cancel or Modify My Preorder?

• You can typically modify or cancel a preorder any time before it ships/processes or before the event's ticket cutoff.
• To do so, go to My Orders in your account, select the preorder, and choose Modify or Cancel.
• If your payment method was already charged, refunds for cancellations are processed within 14 business days.
