These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Lokalionline. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by them.
1. About Lokalionline
Lokalionline is an online marketplace that connects buyers and independent sellers in Serbia across categories such as electronics, vehicles, real estate, fashion and home goods. Unless stated otherwise, products are sold and shipped by individual sellers, not by Lokalionline itself.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Orders and payments
Placing an order is an offer to purchase at the listed price. A contract is formed once the seller confirms the order. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout; prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise.
4. User conduct
You agree not to use the platform to post false, misleading or illegal content, infringe on the intellectual property or privacy of others, or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the site.
5. Intellectual property
The Lokalionline name, logo and site design are the property of their owners. Content uploaded by sellers and users remains their responsibility; you may not copy or reuse it without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Lokalionline provides the marketplace platform "as is" and is not a party to the sale contract between buyer and seller. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from transactions between users.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of Lokalionline after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Serbia.
